These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of solardesign.com.co and to purchases made from SOLAR DESIGN PR. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, subject always to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

2. Terms of Service
2.1 Overview
This website is operated by SOLAR DESIGN PR. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Solar Design” refer to SOLAR DESIGN PR.
We provide this website, including its information, products, tools and services, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
By visiting the website, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any policies referred to on the website.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law applicable to you, the mandatory legal provision will prevail.
Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate the website.
2.2 Online Store Terms
You may use the website only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the website or our products in a way that violates applicable laws, intellectual property rights or the rights of other persons.
You must not attempt to introduce viruses, malicious code or other material intended to damage, disrupt or interfere with the website or related systems.
We may refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, product unavailability, misuse of the website or other legitimate reasons. Where an order has already been paid and is cancelled by us, the amount paid will be refunded using the appropriate payment method.
2.3 Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, compatibility information, prices, photographs and other information are accurate.
Because screen settings and lighting conditions vary, the colour or appearance of a product shown in photographs may differ slightly from the physical product.
Product specifications, materials, designs and availability may be changed where reasonably necessary, provided that this does not affect rights arising from an already concluded contract.
2.4 Vehicle Compatibility
Our styling products are designed for specific vehicle models, body styles, bumper versions and/or trim levels.
The customer is responsible for checking the product description and vehicle compatibility information before ordering.
If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle, contact us before ordering and send us a photo of your car. We will assist with compatibility where reasonably possible.
Compatibility guidance provided by us is based on the information and photographs supplied by the customer. We are not responsible for incorrect compatibility caused by incomplete or inaccurate vehicle information supplied by the customer.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights relating to defective, incorrectly described or non-conforming goods.
2.5 Prices and Availability
Prices may change without notice before an order is placed.
The price applicable to an order is the price shown and confirmed during checkout at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors where permitted by law.
Products may be made to order and may have limited availability.
We may discontinue products or product variants at any time.
2.6 Billing and Order Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping and contact information when placing an order.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, email address and phone number are correct.
If incorrect information results in failed delivery, additional shipping costs or return of the shipment, reasonable additional costs may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
2.7 Third-Party Services and External Links
The website may use third-party services or contain links to external websites.
Third-party services may include payment processors, delivery services, analytics providers, review platforms and other service providers necessary to operate the store.
We are not responsible for the independent content, policies or practices of third-party websites or services, except to the extent that applicable law makes us responsible for the performance of our own contractual obligations.
2.8 Reviews, Comments and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.
You grant Solar Design a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and display content you voluntarily submit to us for the purposes of operating, promoting and improving our business, unless otherwise agreed.
We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate.
We do not knowingly publish false consumer reviews or misrepresent reviews as being from verified customers when they are not.
2.9 Personal Information
The collection and processing of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy below.
2.10 Errors and Omissions
Occasionally, website information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability.
We may correct such errors and update information where necessary.
If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.
2.11 Prohibited Uses

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solar Design will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded.
2.13 Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or your violation of these Terms.
This clause does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
2.14 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
2.15 Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the website where a user seriously violates these Terms, misuses the website or engages in unlawful conduct.
Rights and obligations arising before termination remain unaffected.
2.16 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and order information made available on the website, form the agreement governing the use of the website and purchases from Solar Design, subject to mandatory applicable law.
2.17 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Where mandatory consumer protection rules of another jurisdiction apply to a consumer transaction and cannot legally be excluded, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.
2.18 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time for legal, operational or business reasons.
The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when the order is placed, unless a later change is required by mandatory law.
2.19 Transaction Data Protection
Online card payments are processed through CorvusPay or another payment provider shown during checkout.
Payment card information is transmitted and processed through the payment provider’s secure systems. Solar Design does not receive or store full payment card details in its own website systems.
Payment providers may process personal and transaction data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.
Where required, appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect transaction data.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1 About This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Solar Design collects, uses and discloses personal information when you visit solardesign.com.co, place an order, contact us or otherwise use our services.
For the purposes of applicable data protection law, SOLAR DESIGN PR is the data controller unless another party is independently responsible for a specific processing activity.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

4. Refund Policy
4.1 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For online purchases where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
If one order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period is calculated in accordance with the applicable consumer law.
Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over this policy.
4.2 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

the product you wish to return;
and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Where required by law, you may also use the prescribed withdrawal form.
We will provide return instructions after receiving your request.

4.3 Returning the Product
After notifying us of withdrawal, the product must be returned within the period required by applicable law.
You may inspect the product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and suitability.
You may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling or use beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection.
Products that have been installed, drilled, screwed, painted, modified or otherwise used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functionality may have diminished value.
Any refund may be reduced to reflect that diminished value. If installation or modification means the product can no longer reasonably be resold as new, the reduction may be substantial.
This does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming products.
4.4 Return Shipping Costs
For a standard withdrawal or change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to pay.
If a return is necessary because the product is defective, damaged on arrival, non-conforming, or an incorrect product was sent by Solar Design, return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
4.5 Refunds Following Withdrawal
Where a valid statutory withdrawal applies, we will refund the amounts required by applicable law, including the standard delivery charge where required.
We are not required to refund additional delivery costs resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, where applicable.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
4.6 Card Payment Refunds
If the original payment was made by payment card, refunds will be processed through the original payment method where required by the payment provider and applicable rules.
The time needed for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
4.7 Custom and Personalised Products
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made according to the customer’s specific individual requirements or goods that are clearly personalised, where this exception is permitted by applicable law.
A standard Solar Design product does not automatically become a personalised product merely because it is produced after an order is placed.
If a product is being produced to your individual specifications, we will identify this where appropriate before the order is concluded.
4.8 Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Non-Conforming Products
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If the product is damaged, defective, materially different from the product ordered, or an incorrect product was sent, contact us at:

Please provide your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
We will evaluate the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable legal rules.
4.9 Vehicle Fitment
Before ordering, please check that the product is intended for your exact vehicle model and version.
If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and send us a photo of your car.
If the customer orders a product for an incompatible vehicle despite accurate compatibility information being provided, the return will be handled under the standard withdrawal rules where those rules apply.
Nothing in this section limits rights where the product itself is incorrectly described, defective or not compatible despite our confirmation based on accurate information supplied by the customer.
4.10 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, contact us before returning it.
Where an exchange is accepted, we may ask you to return the original product and place a separate order for the replacement item.
Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4.11 Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Serbian law or other applicable consumer protection law.
5. Terms of Sale
5.1 Payment and Order Acceptance
An order is considered accepted when it has been confirmed by Solar Design and any required payment has been successfully completed, or, for eligible orders delivered within Serbia, cash on delivery has been selected.
Cash on delivery is available only for orders delivered within Serbia.
International orders must be paid in advance by payment card.
For international orders, production or shipment may begin only after the card payment has been successfully confirmed.
5.2 Production and Delivery Estimates
Many Solar Design products are produced after an order is placed.
Estimated total delivery times are generally:
Serbia: approximately 3–5 business days;
International: approximately 3–4 weeks.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Customs processing, courier delays, public holidays, weather, force majeure events and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
If a legally binding delivery deadline applies or has been specifically agreed, mandatory legal rights relating to delay remain unaffected.
5.3 Vehicle-Specific Products
Solar Design products are designed for specific vehicles and versions stated in the product description.
Differences such as facelift/pre-facelift, body style, trim level, bumper type and other vehicle-specific details may affect compatibility.
Please verify compatibility before ordering.
5.4 Installation
Our products are exterior styling components.
Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, installation may require mechanical fastening and/or other installation work.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that installation is carried out correctly and safely.
Where appropriate, we recommend installation by a competent person.
Solar Design is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect mounting, misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow supplied installation guidance, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
5.5 Product Use and Ground Clearance
Some exterior styling products may reduce the vehicle’s ground clearance or extend beyond the original bodywork.
The user is responsible for taking reasonable care around curbs, speed bumps, steep ramps, road debris and other obstacles.
Damage caused by impact, abrasion, collision, misuse or road hazards is not considered a manufacturing defect.
5.6 Decorative Purpose
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Solar Design diffusers, splitters, spoiler extensions and similar products are primarily exterior styling components.
They are not sold as certified aerodynamic, structural or safety components and are not represented as increasing vehicle stability, downforce or high-speed performance.
5.7 Surface Finish and Minor Imperfections
Due to the characteristics of ABS sheet production, cutting, forming and handling, minor cosmetic imperfections may occur, particularly on the underside or road-facing surface.
Minor imperfections that do not materially affect fitment, structural integrity or the intended visible appearance are not necessarily manufacturing defects.
5.8 Product Damage and Wear
Damage caused after delivery by misuse, impact, abrasion, incorrect installation, solvents, chemicals, excessive heat, accidents, neglect, road debris, environmental conditions or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
This clause does not limit mandatory rights relating to defects that existed at the time required by applicable law.
5.9 Repair, Replacement and Assessment
If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect or other legal non-conformity, contact us before attempting repairs or modifications.
We may request photographs, order information or return of the product where reasonably necessary to assess the issue.
Any remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
Unauthorised repairs or modifications may affect our ability to determine the cause of a problem but do not remove mandatory rights where the law provides otherwise.
5.10 TÜV and Local Approval
Unless explicitly stated on the individual product page, Solar Design products are supplied without TÜV certification.
The customer is responsible for checking whether installation, inspection, registration, certification or approval is required under the laws applicable to the vehicle in the country where it is used.
Nothing in this section changes any legal obligation that cannot be transferred to the customer.
5.11 Road Use
Products must be installed and used in a safe and lawful manner.
Solar Design does not encourage reckless driving, unlawful road use or use that exceeds the lawful or safe operating conditions of the vehicle.
If a product is intended for motorsport or another special application, this must be expressly stated or separately agreed.
5.12 Import Duties, Taxes and Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Solar Design does not control these charges and cannot guarantee their amount.
5.13 Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits mandatory consumer rights relating to conformity, defects, statutory guarantees, withdrawal, remedies or other protections that apply by law.
6. Package Pickup and Delivery
6.1 Delivery Address
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Please check the delivery address, postal code, telephone number and recipient details carefully before confirming the order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
6.2 Serbia Deliveries
Estimated total delivery time within Serbia is approximately 3–5 business days, including normal production and delivery time.
Courier schedules and delivery attempts may vary by carrier and location.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the courier or Solar Design may contact you to arrange a further delivery attempt or return of the shipment.
Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated delivery may be charged where permitted by law.
6.3 International Deliveries
Estimated total delivery time for international orders is approximately 3–4 weeks.
International delivery times may vary due to destination, customs clearance, postal or courier delays and other factors outside our reasonable control.
Current delivery availability and restrictions are shown during checkout or communicated before the order is accepted.
6.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown during checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.
The final shipping cost may vary depending on the destination, parcel size, weight and applicable carrier charges.
6.5 Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage charges or other destination-country fees.
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
6.6 Damaged Packages
When receiving a shipment, inspect the external packaging where reasonably possible.
If the package is visibly seriously damaged, document the condition with photographs and contact us as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, you may refuse a visibly damaged shipment.
If damage is discovered after opening the package, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with photographs of the package and product.
6.7 Personal Pickup
Personal pickup may be available by prior arrangement.
Pickup details, payment requirements and collection time must be agreed with Solar Design in advance.
7. Payment and Currency Exchange Statement
7.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Orders delivered within Serbia: cash on delivery may be available where offered at checkout.
International orders: payment must be made in advance by payment card.
Available card types are shown during checkout and payment is subject to approval by the issuing bank and payment processor.
7.2 Payment Currency
Payments are processed in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia — Serbian dinar (RSD) — unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Prices displayed in other currencies may be shown for informational convenience.
Where a payment card is issued in another currency, the card network, bank or payment provider may convert the amount using its own exchange rate.
Because that exchange rate is outside our control, the final amount shown on your card statement may differ slightly from the converted price displayed on the website.
Your bank or card provider may also charge foreign exchange or international transaction fees.
7.3 VAT Statement
SOLAR DESIGN PR is not registered in the Serbian VAT system.
International customers may still be required to pay destination-country import VAT, customs duties or other charges where applicable.
8. Payment Methods
8.1 Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available only for eligible orders delivered within Serbia.
Where offered, payment is made to the courier in Serbian dinars at the time of delivery.
8.2 Payment by Card
International orders must be paid in advance by payment card.
Online card payments may be made using the card types shown during checkout, subject to approval by the issuing bank and payment processor.
Card payments are processed through a secure payment provider such as CorvusPay.
During payment, you may be redirected to the payment provider’s secure payment page.
Solar Design does not have access to or store your complete payment card details.
The payment provider may request:
card number;
expiry date;
security code (CVC/CVV);
and additional authentication required by the issuing bank.
Payment data is transmitted using secure encrypted connections and is processed by the payment provider and relevant financial institutions.
8.3 Personal Pickup Payments
Where personal pickup is agreed, the available payment method will be confirmed before collection.
8.4 Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Where the original payment was made by payment card, the refund will normally be returned through the original payment method in accordance with payment provider and card network rules.
9. Complaints and Consumer Rights
9.1 Product Complaints
If you believe that a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or not in conformity with the contract, contact:

We will handle complaints and remedies in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
9.2 Right of Withdrawal Form
Where the law requires a prescribed withdrawal form for distance contracts, Solar Design will provide the applicable form.
A consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a clear and unambiguous statement to info@solardesign.com.co within the applicable legal deadline, where permitted by law.
9.3 Mandatory Rights
These Terms are intended to explain our commercial rules clearly and do not replace or reduce any consumer protection rights that are mandatory under applicable law.
