14-Day Returns
For online purchases where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
Please contact us before sending anything back:
Include your order number and the product you wish to return.
Return Condition
Products should be returned in their original condition.
Products that have been installed, drilled, screwed, painted, modified or otherwise used beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection may have diminished value. Any refund may be reduced to reflect this loss in value.
This does not affect your rights if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.
Return Shipping
For standard returns, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible and include:
- your order number
- photos of the product
- a short description of the issue
